Working with large MNCs like Citi and JPMorgan was exciting because each role felt like navigating a new company with its own culture. I’ve changed jobs, countries, and domains—and eventually, I quit my high-paying job to become an entrepreneur. Along the way, I managed challenging situations involving illness, trauma, and loss in my personal life. Through these experiences, I realized that while everyone talks about change, no one truly prepares you for the transition.
